In terms of navigability, the possibility of connection between the lake and the sea is intentionally denied. In this way, the lake has maintained its primary character, and in addition, a possibility of realizing residential facilities in immediate and direct physical contact with water was obtained, which is, in terms of real estate supply, a novelty in the market. In fact, unlike the newly formed harbour whose coasts are part of the maritime domain, water within the lake is treated as a part of private plots and included in private property. For this reason, it is possible to realize exceptionally exciting and attractive housing typologies whose living rooms, terraces, exteriors or inner spaces are literally immersed in water.
