The outer coasts in the scope of the project are consumed by recent construction. In addition, these coasts are intended for public bathing, to which all inhabitants and their guests pretend with equal right, wherever their homes are located.
Because of this, the most valuable individual housing is conceived on the inner, protected and highly privatized coasts, where not only are the villas located in the first row to the sea, but also have their own “private” sea. These quotation marks in the word PRIVATE are rightly omitted when it is about the villas that are built in navigationally unreachable lake waters.
And that is what represents the key to this project, because most of the housing units are positioned on inner waters. Most of the inhabitants of Nikola have their own access to the beach and the possibility to bath directly in front of their houses.
